Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days to change your mind about your order, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty. This period starts on the day you receive the last item of your order.

How does it work?

• Has your order not been shipped yet? Fill in the form below (or write to us at support@thormanda.com). We will cancel your order and refund you — you do not have to return anything.
• Have you already received your order? Fill in the form, then return the items to us within 14 days. As soon as we receive them, we will refund you.

In both cases you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.

Refund
We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after we receive the returned items, using the same payment method. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Items must be returned as new, unworn and with their tags attached.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or made-to-measure items, or to items sealed for hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery (e.g. jewellery, underwear, swimwear).
