You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t entered the dispatch process. If you’d like to cancel, hurry and reach out to us straight away at support@thormanda.com. Once processing kicks off, we’re no longer able to cancel it.

If your order turns up damaged or not what you asked for, flick us a clear photo at support@thormanda.com. We’ll get the right item or a replacement out to you as quick as we can.
