Detailed Info

You’ve got 30 days from delivery to send things back, as long as they’re look like they haven't been worn to a party, and also in the original packaging with all tags still on. Anything after the 30 days is a no-go. To get started, just mail support@thormanda.com.

As we said, shoot us an email at support@thormanda.com with your order details and why you’d like to return. We can’t accept returns without giving the thumbs-up first. Once we’ve okayed it, we’ll flick you the return instructions. Make sure your items are packed up snug so they don’t get banged up in the post. Return postage is on you.

Once we’ve received and checked over your return, we’ll sort the refund back to your original payment method. This usually takes up to 7 days. Also, don’t stress, there are no sneaky restocking fees or anything of the kind.

Changed your mind? If you get in touch with us quickly at support@thormanda.com, we can cancel the order before it’s processed. Once it’s in motion, our standard returns and refunds apply, sorry.

If your order turns up damaged or not what you asked for, flick us a clear photo at support@thormanda.com. We’ll get the right item or a replacement out to you as quick as we can.
