How We Handle Your Order
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we have begun processing it. Processing usually takes 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a second email containing tracking details so that you can monitor its progress. Delivery typically takes 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday). Shipping within Australia is offered free of charge on every order.

Delays That May Occur
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an extra 2 business days (Monday-Friday) for delivery. Use the tracking code provided to follow the progress of your delivery. Should your order remain undelivered, please contact us at support@thormanda.com, and we will investigate the situation without delay.

Order Cancellations
To request a cancellation, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via support@thormanda.com. Orders that have already entered the processing stage cannot be cancelled.

Receiving Damaged or Wrong Items
If an item arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, we sincerely apologise. Kindly send clear photographs of the issue to support@thormanda.com, and we will promptly review your case to ensure an appropriate resolution.
