How We Sort Out Your Order
Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll get a confirmation email letting you know we’ve kicked things off. Processing usually takes about 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). When your goodies are on their way, we’ll send you another email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on it. Delivery normally takes around 3–4 business days (Mon–Fri). The best bit? Shipping’s free anywhere in Australia – every order, every time.
When Things Run a Bit Late
If your parcel hasn’t landed within the usual timeframe, give it an extra couple of business days (Mon–Fri). You can use the tracking code we sent through to check where it’s at. If it’s still gone walkabout after that, flick us a message at support@thormanda.com and we’ll chase it up quick smart.
Cancelling or Changing an Order
Changed your mind? If you get in touch with us quickly at support@thormanda.com, we can cancel the order before it’s processed. Once it’s in motion, our standard returns and refunds apply, sorry.
